Our XC team had a great season opener against Marian Central and Woodstock North. Grady Smith came in first for the boys with a time of 17:08, with Micah Klos finishing 3rd with a time of 17:45. Carson Klos took 6th with a time of 20:05 and Gideon Christensen finished in 7th place with a time of 20:44 for the Skyhawks. For the girls Elsie Pawela took 2nd place with a time of 23:47, Addie Klos finished 4th with a time of 24:51 and Maura Oeffling took 8th with a time of 28:56 and Deja Lucky came in 9th place with a time of 29:09.
Our representative, SPC Christofer Carreno, will be in the lunch room tomorrow 8/27 during all 3 lunch periods.
It’s a 25-21, 26-24 victory for the our Skyhawk volleyball team. Picking up their second win in as many nights over non-conference opponents defeating Wauconda tonight at home.
