Johnsburg Community School District 12 offers a full continuum of special education and related services to children ages 3-21, who meet specific eligibility criteria.  We are committed to  providing consultative, resource or instructional services in the least restrictive environment.  The goal of special education and related services is to support each child and address their individual needs.

If you, as a parent, have concerns about your child's progress, please contact either your home school or the Student Services Department.  The Student Services Department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.  Our office is located next to the District Administration Center at 2222 West Church Street, Johnsburg, Illinois 60051.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 815.385.6460.
