**Updated** Online Registration Window Has Been Extended

Registration for the 2011-2012 school year will be completed online using the Family Access system.  Registration is the process in which you indicate to us that your child will be enrolled in Johnsburg School District for the upcoming school year.  This process will give us any updated demographic information including contact information, emergency contacts, health concerns, etc., and allows you to conveniently pay registration fees online.  We remind our families that registration must be completed regardless of ability to pay at this time.

You can complete the registration process from any computer with internet access, and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free of charge from Adobe).  The Administration Center and each of our school building's offices will have computers available to parents during business hours to use for registration.  We ask all parents to register online between June 27, 2011 and July 22, 2011.  The online window for registration will close at Midnight on July 22, 2011.

To complete your child's registration you will need to log into Skyward Family Access.  To do this, please follow these instructions:

1. Navigate your web browser to, http://familyaccess.johnsburg12.org
2. Enter your user name and password.  If you do not know your user name and password, please click the Forgot Your Login or Password? Link at the bottom of the dialog.  Your user name and password will then be emailed to the address on file.  If you do not receive your login information, please contact the Administration Center Office at (815) 385-6916 or the Instructional Technology Help Desk at (815) 344-2803.
   
                                                                      
3. Once you have logged in, please click the Register for 2011-2012 Link shown on the left side of the screen and complete the guided process.

   

4. Please note: If you have several children, you will need to complete this process for each child.  After registering your first child, you will need to toggle between your Family Access views by selecting your other child's name (see Student Select area below).
   
              

5. After you have finished completing the Online Registration Process, we ask that you take a moment to review some additional supplemental forms that your child's school has provided below for your review.  These forms include welcome letters from the school principals as well as supply lists.  You may access these forms in a packet PDF based on your child's grade level.
